When will a new batch be released?

A new batch will be released once the first one is completed. If there is enough demand, I will open pre-orders for the next run.

Why are you only shipping to the EU?

Time Traveler’s Artifact is my very first release. By starting with EU-only shipping, I can ensure smooth logistics and customer support. My goal is to expand to worldwide shipping in the next batch.

Can the puzzle be reset after solving?

Yes! Time Traveler’s Artifact can easily be reset by following the included instructions.

What if I get stuck while solving?

If you’re stuck, you can email support@rgpuzzles.com with a description of your progress. I’ll be happy to provide a hint to get you back on track.

Can I order more than one puzzle?

Due to the limited quantity, each customer can order only one puzzle per order.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Please check our Refund Policy to check if you are eligible for a refund. Contact support@rgpuzzles.com if you wish to cancel or refund your order.

Is this a pre-order?

Yes. Payment is required in full at the time of order. I aim to ship the first batch of Time Traveler's Artifact in January and February of 2026. Each batch is limited so that I can produce and ship within a reasonable timeframe.
