Refund Policy

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

    1. Pre-orders

    Our products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. This means that you pay in advance, and the product will only be shipped after the production period.

    If you wish to cancel your pre-order before shipping, please contact us. Cancellations before shipping are not automatically accepted and may only be approved at our discretion.

     

    2. Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal begins only once you receive the product, not at the moment of placing the pre-order.

    To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by sending an e-mail to support@rgpuzzles.com.

     

    3. Return conditions

    To be eligible for a refund:

    • You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

    If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

     

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.

    If approved, we will refund the full product price plus the cost of standard shipping.

    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

     

    5. Return shipping costs

    You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item.

    In the case of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return costs.
