2. Orders and payments

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. This means that you pay in advance and the product will only be shipped once it has been produced. Delivery times for pre-orders are estimates only and may vary. By placing a pre-order, you accept that shipping will take place at a later date.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of purchase, using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment is not received or appears fraudulent.

 

3. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to EU only. Depending on the demand, shipping will likely be expanded to US and other international destinations at a later date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

 

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days (see Refund Policy).

Refunds and returns must follow our Refund Policy.

 

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses outside our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

 

6. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in that jurisdiction.
