When will a new batch be released?

A new batch will be released once the most recent batch is completed. If there is enough demand, I will open pre-orders for the next run.

Which countries do you ship to?

Time Traveler’s Artifact is now available worldwide! This includes most countries. For questions about shipping and costs for a specific country, contact me at info@rgpuzzles.com.

Can the puzzle be reset after solving?

Yes! Time Traveler’s Artifact can easily be reset by following the included instructions.

What if I get stuck while solving?

If you’re in need of a clue, visit the hints page or email support@rgpuzzles.com with a description of your progress. I’ll be happy to provide a hint to get you back on track.

Can I order more than one puzzle?

Due to the limited quantity, each customer can order only one puzzle per order.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Please check our Refund Policy to check if you are eligible for a refund. Contact support@rgpuzzles.com if you wish to cancel or refund your order.

Is this a pre-order?

Yes. Payment is required in full at the time of order. Shipping will take place on a rolling basis, generally within two months after purchase. Each batch is limited so that I can produce and ship within a reasonable timeframe.
